Please read the following two items that need your attention:
1.). Any show managers interested in putting on a show in 2024 should fill out an application to put on an AZWEC licensed show.
Rated and Schooling Show Application Form
AZWEC invites Show Managers to submit applications to hold both Schooling Shows and Rated Shows in 2024.
We intend to hold 6-7 Rated Shows during the year and up to 12 Schooling Shows.
To encourage participation from across the State, we would like to ensure diversity in the locations – North, Central, South. Even going further West/East as well.
AZWEC Show Committee meets once a month and will approve applications as received.

2) AZWEC Year End Awards Banquet
AZWEC is delighted to invite you to the AZWEC Year End Awards Banquet on Saturday 2nd December at Chaparosa Ranch, 15030 E Chaparosa Way, Rio Verde, AZ, 3pm-6pm. Dinner will be served, and Awards will be presented.
Casual attire (outdoor location). Come and enjoy some social time with fellow competitors, show officials, volunteers, and AZWEC Board Members.
$40 per person. Places limited. Guests welcome.
